H1N1 – Have These Questions Been Answered?

Yesterday afternoon I dashed into town to meet a friend for a quick cup of tea and a long overdue catch up on professional, social and personal pursuits. We had met a year and a half ago on an internet marketing course and again at a weekend public speaking seminar.

Our conversation roamed around ‘B’s’ wife’s recent visit to Africa for the UN, my new business venture, and our mutual love of all things internet – marketing, code, blogging, platforms, branding. Enveloping all that commonality and friendship is a deeper trust and respect for one another and our conscious choice to live a holistic life in all we do – business, social, and personal.

Like so many of us who choose to live more closely with our consciousness, B has had many morphs: as a computer programmer, a real estate agent, an insurance consultant, and finally, combining life experience with a commitment to serve others in optimum health, a very effective wellness coach. B combines hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, his own intuitive depth of understanding human nature, along with his wonderful humour to guide his clients effectively through the perils and pratfalls of just being human. I admire him most for his commitment to personal autonomy and individual freedom.

I share this because it is an important context in which I wish to discuss the media coverage of the H1N1 issue. As we chatted in the café, the TV above the bar was at a low volume. I rarely watch TV and as my sons kid me, I am sometimes mesmerized by the screen which often draws and holds my attention – even when I am not interested in what’s playing. What caught my eye across the room was the bright yellow, double faceted background behind the broadcaster and the large letters ‘H1N1 Debate’ in bold black relief.

Black on yellow is the symbol for hazard or caution. It is meant to warn. Got me! As I tuned in the debate on H1N1 vaccine, I thought, “Thank goodness the dangers of the vaccine and the research proving them is finally coming out into the open”. But, no, the current debate is between the three political parties about the ‘screw up’ of the Harper government to provide adequate vaccination centres for the hundreds who are standing in line, frantic to be vaccinated against this dread pandemic. Switch to screen shot: hundreds in a concentric circle panned from above.

I can’t believe it. These three parties are playing volleyball with the H1N1 Vaccine debacle – each one vying for the ‘most protective party for the populace’ award. And while our attention is diverted by the bouncing ball of ‘fate’, the future health of ourselves and those for whom we are responsible is at best a gamble. And, as frightening as that might be, we are also poised to lose our basic freedom to chose for ourselves.

While the debate rages about who’s looking after the people, the people, already stressed to the max with their day to day concerns and now this, are largely unaware that Bill C-6 is in the Senate for the final reading and passing into law. This is the bill that curtails our freedom, allows the government to trespass on private property; to confiscate private property; outlaw certain natural health practices, and legislate mandatory vaccinations – thereby criminalizing individual choice – all under the guise of public safety and protection of the populace.

“Interesting,” said B, “How the media is whipping up the fear”. B went on to explain, from a professional perspective, that humans have what is called the ‘Critical Mind’. The critical mind is the questioning mind. It is the sentry of access from the conscious mind to the unconscious mind. Before making a decision, we, at some level, ask ourselves, “Do I believe this? Do I trust this? Does this make sense? Is this in my own best interests?

To hypnotize, mesmerize, or otherwise manipulate a person the critical mind has to be bypassed to gain influence on the subconscious. In a therapeutic atmosphere, the critical mind is relaxed by hypnotic technique with the conscious agreement of the client. Suggestions made or questions asked of the subconscious are ‘allowed’. However, just as the sun shines equally on sinner or saint, the laws of the mind and its nature can be used for coercion. Fear, anger, judgment, and guilt have been used as ultimately effective agents to bypass the critical mind of the populace. See BBC The Century of Self http://tinyurl.com/yhsblfn

Frenzy, confusion, or doubt becomes the human kryptonite that weakens us to submission and malleability. We forget to ask questions. We are so diverted by nonsense masquerading as sensibility that we miss the most obvious. We defer to power posing as benign authority. It’s like signing a contract. We better know what we are agreeing to. If not, the fine print will inevitably come back to bite us.

Hysteria is the cousin of frenzy and before they can throw the bag over your head and throw you into the dark of uncertainty, let me pose these questions:

Is the H1N1 Vaccine proven safe and risk free?
Is it proven effective in preventing the H1N1 virus?
Is there in fact a pandemic of H1N1?
Is it reasonable to consider that the countries where the death toll is ‘high’, there might be a contingent of lesser sanitation, nutrition, or health care?
The most ‘at risk’ to receive the vaccine are children and pregnant women. Aren’t they really the most vulnerable to the side effects?
Is it proven absolutely safe with no future side effects to the immune system of our children?
Is it proven absolutely safe on an unborn fetus – and the immune system of that child?
Is there any relationship between the growing prevalence of immunity related illnesses like arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, cancer, ADHD, AIDs and others with the widespread administration of multiples of vaccines in infants over the past decades?
Is it reasonable to consider that the reduction in illness such as measles, whooping cough, polio and others may be attributable to greater hygiene, health care, nutrition, and sanitation?*
Are doctors being paid a premium to administer the vaccine creating a conflict of interest?

Is the risk inherent in any vaccine, the virus itself or the adjuvants which long term effects have yet to be reckoned?
Are the adjuvants Squaline and Mercury in the H1N1 vaccine?
Aren’t these adjuvants related to the Gulf War Syndrome?
Has Squaline been shown to cause the immune system to attack the host body?
Why has Stephen Harper asked for an adjuvant free vaccine for pregnant Canadians?
Why would anyone criticize a precaution to proven risk?
Why is the government involved in the dissemination of the vaccine over medical officials in the first place?
Are those who are given the H1N1 mist highly contagious to others in proximity for 48 hours?

If the pandemic has been foreseen and the vaccine created in advance – why is there a limit of supply?**
Why are there only a handful of clinics to administer to a population of hundreds of thousands?**

And after you’ve satisfied yourself on the above, the most resounding question of all is this: “What is it all about – really?” I don’t know the answer to that, but I know that the trail leads to “Who benefits?”

There are conspiracy theories about culling global population, but that just doesn’t hold water for me. It would be all too easy to backfire on the perpetrators. But as this quote by a college columnist commenting on a letter circulating the campus suggests: At the bottom was a claim so ridiculous it was actually funny; elites in control of the pharmaceuticals plan to use the vaccine to kill off certain segments of the population and enslave those who remain.

Because that sort of claim is couched in terms to make it ridiculous, the underlying issue will be dismissed. Again we are diverted by the coloured ball – conspiracy/pandemic – that gets batted back and forth and while we watch to see who is proved right, we miss the point of our own authority and the questions that must be answered. I absolutely believe that ‘collateral damage’ and ‘the cost of doing business’ or ‘risks we’ll have to take’ are phrases to obviate culpability for deaths and chronic conditions. Wolves never wear wolf’s clothing when they are trying to trick the sheep. Disinformation is as effective as blatant propaganda when blatant propaganda falls onto questioning ears. It has been done.

Abject greed and global financial control in international banking systems are already recently proven objectives in and of themselves. What better way for pharmaceutical companies to ensure continuing dependence on its products than to have a chronically unwell future population. Just look at the Oxycodone issue. Addiction and abuse to this prescribed drug is epidemic, yet it is the most prolifically prescribed and supported by drug plans. http://www.thestar.com/news/investigations/prescriptiondrugs/articl…. It is more addictive and more difficult to detox from than heroin. The cure? Methadone – another prescription drug, closely controlled and dispensed through clinics. Addiction – the gift that keeps on giving! It’s a whole industry! Ask again: Who benefits? Now ask, “Who suffers?”

If you have ever been hypnotized, you will know that you are not in a deep sleep or unconscious at all. You remain aware and can ‘snap out of it’ at any time – once you begin to question – critically. Its time, as a collective people, that we snap out of it! Ask your health professional. Ask your MP. Ask yourself. Is this in my own best interests?

If all I had to rely on was the television or newspapers, I too would be frightened. Thank goodness for friends like B and the many friends and colleagues who demand information to make conscious and educated choices for themselves and for those who depend on them. Thank goodness for the Internet, which provides the forum, the information, and the transparency, that is our only hope for a future of good health and freedom!

A number of my previous posts on H1N1 Vaccine share comments, excerpts, recommendations, and videos on all of the questions outlined above. Please, for your own sake, read, listen, question – and then share!

* Remember that around this time of Voltaire and George Washington, doctors did not even wash their hands between patients. They would go from lancing a boil to delivering a baby and from dissecting a rotting cadaver to doing crude cataract surgery with no anesthetic. Doctors would not wash their hands for another century and even then obstetrician Ignaz Samuelveiss, M.D., lost his reputation, his career, and his sanity in a failed battle to convince a stubborn, arrogant and barbaric profession of well-educated physicians that they were actually spreading disease more than they were curing it. **Perceived danger + lack of protection = fear.
Fear + perceived safety/protection = submission
Creating a need and then withholding the solution until a frenzy brews is a time tested and always successful marketing strategy. Think Cabbage Patch Dolls, X Box, H1N1 Vaccine!

Fool us once – shame on them. Fool us twice ….
